MAXJENNY art fashion and style is designed by one of Scandinavia´s most innovative new fashion designers at the moment: Maxjenny Forslund. The first fashion collection was successfully launched in the spring of 2009 and quickly entered some of the best department stores over the world. Maxjenny works very intuitive as an autodidact fashion designer, away from ordinary pattern-this makes her unique. She does not work in a traditional way of making patterns, to use paper and a tight measurements schedule, instead Maxjenny is working directly on the body and onto the fabric. She studies the movement of the body’s own architecture together with the garment itself, which gives a collection where every piece asks for more.

Patricia and her assistants work in a great 3600 square foot loft-style studio in Pittsburgh’s Strip District. It is never neat and clean and always has piles of fabric to inspire her. She makes production, limited edition and one of a kind pieces, and is personally involved with all of them. Patricia does all of the painting, stamping and discharging as well as the garment design. Her production pieces are the garments that are batiked or printed all over, limited edition pieces have some degree of piecing of fabrics or quilting, and one-of-a-kind garments have very elaborate piecing of fabrics. 

Red Rover

Since 1993 we have created outerwear, accessories and blankets for children and adults. Our products are made from warm, lightweight and washable Polartec® fabrics from Polartec, LLC. (formerly Malden Mills). Accents are added with woven trims (designed here at the studio), appliques of ultrasuede and buttons that are exclusive to our line. Many pieces are unique.  For the women's line, Cindy Walsh has moved from active wear to fashion statement, using more sophisticated trims and ornamental buttons. Her women's designs have been included in juried American Craft Council shows and exhibited as wearable art at
Museum sponsored events.

We are Tania & Bronek Kochanski, partners in a designing and manufacturing studio established in 1978 in Montreal, Quebec. We are both European, and established our studio primarily on the strength of Tania's extensive educational and teaching background in fine arts and design. Our goal is to create collections of modern yet practical garments and accessories for women that bring out our customers' femininity and sophistication.

A key aspect of our design process is the constant search for new fabrics. In fact, most of the fabrics we use are custom-made in Europe for Tib Design. With advanced technologies in weaving, knitting and dying fabrics, new man-made materials have been combined with traditional fibers to yield fantastic final results.

We are only satisfied with our efforts if they result in your satisfaction as the final judge of our product. As they say, "You are only as good as your last collection!"
